1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 123ph7 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("User," "Player," or "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service made available through the 123ph7 website located at https://123ph7.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile versions, and applications.

By accessing any part of the 123ph7 platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 123ph7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

123ph7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all players to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and play on 123ph7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of another party.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, issued through 123ph7 or through PAGCOR's national self-exclusion registry.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close relative of any such person, employed by or affiliated with 123ph7 or any of its software providers.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

123ph7 reserves the absolute right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and residence at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 123ph7 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering your 123ph7 account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 123ph7 login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying 123ph7 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat at [email protected].
• Keeping your registered contact details — including your GCash-linked mobile number — accurate and up to date at all times.

123ph7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

123ph7 supports a range of Philippine-centric payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency options. All financial transactions on the platform are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit on 123ph7 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification tier.
• Deposits are credited to your 123ph7 wallet in real time for supported e-wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day.
• 123ph7 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed full KYC may experience processing delays.
• 123ph7 targets a processing time of five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Processing times for bank transfers and other methods may vary.
• 123ph7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or those exceeding threshold amounts as defined by PAGCOR AML regulations.
• Bonus winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5 Bonus Terms & Promotions

123ph7 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified 123ph7 members who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is fulfilled will be forfeited without refund.
• 123ph7 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may carry reduced contribution percentages.
• No player may hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Bonuses obtained by providing false information, creating multiple accounts, or through any form of abuse or collusion will be forfeited and the relevant accounts suspended.
• 123ph7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players who have accepted active bonuses in good faith.

6 Gaming Rules

All games offered on the 123ph7 platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, keno, bingo, sabong, and sports betting — are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live real-time outcomes where applicable. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. 123ph7 provides game instructions within the game interface and accepts no liability for wagers placed without understanding of applicable rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects game outcomes, 123ph7 reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return stakes to players. Winnings derived from a technical error will not be paid.
• For sports betting markets, 123ph7 follows standard settlement rules as published in the Sports Betting Rules document accessible from the platform. PBA, NBA, UFC, and other major sports markets are governed by those specific rules.
• Any wager placed after the designated cut-off time for a sports event will be voided and the stake returned.
• 123ph7 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of pricing errors, match-fixing, or irregular betting patterns.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 123ph7 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit bonuses.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, live dealer game, or sports betting market.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or fraud against 123ph7 or any player.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the 123ph7 platform.
• Abusing or exploiting bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer, including but not limited to "bonus hunting" strategies that carry negligible actual risk.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider while retaining funds or winnings on your 123ph7 account.

8 Responsible Gaming

123ph7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. Responsible gaming tools available to all 123ph7 players include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated reminders of how long you have been actively playing in any given session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and bar yourself from the 123ph7 platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.
• Reality Checks: Optional on-screen reminders of net gaming balance during active play sessions.

Players under self-exclusion may not create new accounts or attempt to circumvent their exclusion. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds deposited during the exclusion period.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of personal data on the 123ph7 platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. By creating an account, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

All data transmitted between your device and 123ph7 servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. Your account password is stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing and is never readable by 123ph7 staff.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 123ph7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or system downtime beyond 123ph7's reasonable control.
• Loss of winnings arising from account suspension or termination due to breach of these Terms.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Losses arising from decisions made based on incomplete or inaccurate game information displayed due to a technical fault.

Nothing in these Terms limits 123ph7's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any form of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 123ph7.

The 123ph7 platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors at all times.

11 Amendments to These Terms

123ph7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 123ph7 will notify registered players via the email or mobile number on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

Amendments take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the 123ph7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://123ph7.cam/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when this version came into force.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The 123ph7 platform operates in compliance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for regulating online and land-based gaming in the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the 123ph7 platform, or any gaming transaction, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation. You may raise any dispute by contacting 123ph7 customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of all disputes arising under these Terms.

Players located outside the Philippines are responsible for ensuring that their use of 123ph7 complies with any applicable local laws in their jurisdiction. 123ph7 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
